MUGS SPORTS LEAGUE 2024/2025

The MUGS Sports League 2024/2025 was a new initiative introduced by MUGS Sports & Recreation Bureau 24/25. The MSL was carried out as a five-month sporting initiative to promote unity, fitness, and camaraderie among medical students of the University of Cyberjaya. Each month, a different sport was highlighted, giving students the opportunity to learn new skills and compete in a friendly environment. The league began with Volleyball on 16th November 2024 at Taman Pancarona, followed by Futsal on 21st December 2024 at Taman Tasik Cyberjaya, Basketball on 18th January 2025 at Taman Pancarona, Netball on 15th February 2025 at SK Putrajaya Presint 8 (2), and concluded with Badminton on 15th March 2025 at Puchong Sports Centre.

Beyond the numbers, the league was a true success in fostering inclusivity and teamwork, as students from different batches came together to compete, support one another, and build friendships outside of the classroom. The energy throughout the matches was vibrant, and the supportive atmosphere highlighted the main objective of the league: not just winning, but strengthening bonds and promoting holistic well-being.
