The Troizeans x Avicenna Batch Bonding Session 2023 was a meaningful initiative aimed at strengthening the camaraderie and connection between senior and junior medical students. Recognizing that medical school is not only an academic journey but also a collective experience, this session provided an avenue for students to develop deeper, more meaningful bonds that extend beyond the lecture halls and hospital wards. Building strong relationships between batches is essential in fostering collaboration, mutual support, and a sense of belonging within the medical community.

Held at the Grand Hall, University of Cyberjaya, the session centered around interactive and engaging games carefully designed to encourage teamwork, communication, and leadership development. The activities created a lively and inclusive environment where students could connect in a relaxed and enjoyable setting, breaking down barriers between batches. Beyond the fun and laughter, these activities served a greater purpose — enabling participants to practice vital soft skills that are indispensable in their future roles as healthcare professionals.
